Corrections are the messages we most want to receive. If a number on this site is wrong, telling us is a favour and we will act on it.

Corrections are checked first and usually answered within two working days.
Designers asking for a link to be changed, credited differently or removed are acted on quickly and without argument.
Craft questions about yarn, gauge or sizing are welcome. We answer what we can and say so when we cannot.
Privacy requests under GDPR or CCPA are handled within 30 days, as set out in our privacy policy.

We do not add anyone who writes to us to a mailing list, and we do not pass your address on. It is used to reply and nothing else.
